Texas Holdem Online: the rules
The most important aspect of Texas Holdem Online is that players are dealt two cards face down. The player, who gets the highest hand of five cards after combining the two 'face down' cards with the community cards, wins. There are three types of Texas Holdem Online poker. In the limited Holdem there is specific betting limit. In the pot limit Holdem a player can bet only what is in the pot and in the no limit Holdem a player can bet all his money any time.

Texas Holdem online: finer points of the game
The game starts with the dealer who is also a player in the game. The betting starts in a clockwise manner and the person sitting to the left of the dealer calls the first bet. This is called the small blind and the big blind. The first two 'face down' cards are then given to each player. The first round of betting starts from the left of the player who has called the big blind. Each player now has the option to place his bets and raise it. All the players have the option to fold as and when they please. All the players must also place an equal number of bets in the pot. Texas Holdem online can really get hot at this stage.

System of community cards in Texas Holdem online
After the first round of betting is over, the first three community cards are dealt. These cards are common to the hands of the players. The second round of betting starts from the lowest limit and is then raised. When the betting is completed and the players wishing to fold have done so, the fourth card called the Turn is dealt. The third round of bet starts where the bets are limited to the upper stakes. It is then raised and when the betting is completed the fifth card called the River is dealt. Here too the betting starts from the upper limit and is subsequently raised.
Each player is allowed four bets per round. The last bet of each round is called the cap. The highest five-card hand wins the prize pot. When a player has exhausted all the buy-ins he can no longer take part in the proceeding but he cannot be forced to forgo his hand either. Texas Holdem online poker tournaments are a treat to watch and play but it is surely not for the faint hearted.
